Web Development · Al Barsha Trading LLC

Wholesale ordering portal, 4,200 SKUs

The sales team was sending price lists on WhatsApp and taking orders by phone. Stock moved faster than the lists did. We built a live catalogue with per-buyer pricing bands and credit-limit checks at checkout.

2025 · 5 monthsSchematic: catalogue grid of 4,200 SKUs with one price band highlighted

Wholesale ordering portal for a 4,200-SKU trading house

The sales team was sending price lists on WhatsApp and taking orders by phone. Stock moved faster than the lists did, so buyers regularly ordered goods that were already committed. We built a live catalogue with per-buyer pricing bands, credit-limit enforcement at checkout and a four-minute sync from their warehouse system. The WhatsApp group still exists — it is now used for chasing payments, not orders.

2025 · 14 weeksSchematic: a driver route with three stop markers beside a dispatch list

Driver and dispatch app for a cross-emirates fleet

Drivers were working from printed route sheets and phoning the office to confirm every delivery. Coverage between emirates is patchy enough that a naive online-only app would have failed on day one, so the whole thing is offline-first: routes, proof-of-delivery photos and signatures queue locally and sync when signal returns. Dispatch sees positions as they arrive rather than as they are phoned in.

2024 · 3 weeksSchematic: one office server migrating to a distributed monitored platform

Migration off a shared host that failed every second weekend

The clinic booking site went down most Saturdays, which is the day people book. Their previous host had no backups anyone had ever tested. We rebuilt the stack on a monitored cloud VPS, moved DNS with a lowered TTL and cut over at 02:00 with no downtime window. SSL, WAF, daily off-site backups and a quarterly restore drill now run on a schedule they can show an auditor.
