These terms

These terms govern your use of primefalcon.ae. They do not govern project work — that is covered by the signed proposal or master services agreement between us, which takes precedence over anything on this page if the two ever conflict.

Using this site

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or republish substantial parts of it as your own.

Proposals and pricing

Prices, timelines and engagement models shown here are indicative and not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing becomes binding until we issue a written proposal and you accept it in writing. Figures quoted on this site are exclusive of UAE VAT unless stated.

Intellectual property

This website

The design, text, code and artwork on primefalcon.ae belong to Prime Falcon Technologies LLC, except where a third-party mark is shown.

Work we build for you

For client projects, ownership of the deliverables passes to you on receipt of final payment. Repositories, cloud accounts and documentation sit under your organisation from the first commit. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverable.

Case studies and client names

Project descriptions on this site are published with client agreement or with identifying details removed. If you are a client and want your project taken down, email us and we will remove it.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds third-party services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Uptime commitments for hosting clients are set out in the relevant service agreement, not here.

Disclaimers

Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not technical, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice suited to your situation. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from project work is governed by the limits in the relevant signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page.
